Connect your team email directly from your organization settings.

From now on, you can receive, read, reply to, and compose emails from the same interface where you manage your WhatsApp conversations.

Emails sync in real time and support attachments, rich text formatting, blind carbon copy (BCC), and custom sender names for each department or team.

All your WhatsApp and email contacts are now in a single, organized list. For each contact, you can view their complete conversation history across both channels and link an email to an existing WhatsApp contact to unify their profile.

Custom Properties and Tags

To help you tailor the platform to your business, we've added two new tools:

• Custom Properties: Define the fields you need for each contact: text, number, date, selector, URL, email, or checkbox. For example: "Company," "Contact Value," "Renewal Date," or "Lead Source." Each member of your team can view and fill in this information directly from the contact's dashboard.

• Color-coded labels: Create labels like "Lead," "Quote," "Payment Due," or "Active Client" and assign them a color to identify them at a glance. You can assign multiple labels to the same contact and filter your list by label to quickly find the person you need.
